Why US?

Since we are a one stop shop for many Service Providers, you don’t have to waste your time, by calling in for services, only to learn that your area is not covered by that provider.

Will I get better pricing for a Single service or for Bundle deals?

Well that can depend. At times, during special promotions, pricings can vary and a single service could be offered at a low cost for a limited period of time. However, bundle deals usually are locked for 12 months or more and are often the most cost effective.

Can I add Cellular Service to my Bundle Deal?

Yes, Cellular service can be added to a bundle deal, but do keep in mind, cellular pricing will be an add on price, as they are usually not included in bundle offers, unless there are special promotions available.

Can installation charges be waived?

Usually Installation Charges are not waived, but that also depends on the area you are located in. For some areas there are no charges, as your house / apartment may be located very near to the provider cabling system.

Will my monthly bill amount change at any point in time?

Most Service providers fix the billing amount for a period of 12 months and that amount is locked for that period.However, if the amount changes you will be sent an intimation via email, cell phone or a brochure at your doorstep.

How much extra will I pay if the pricing changes for my monthly bill?

Usually, prices go up by about $20 to $25, however, if there are any special taxes that would be added on, then it may go up a by a little more.

Will I be charged for DVR Services and Boxes?

Some providers do charge for the boxes, and some charge for both, the boxes and the service. Whereas, a few do not charge for either.

Is DVR Service and Box Charge the same?

No, DVR service fee is the charge you pay for availing the service, which is charged to you on a monthly basis. The Box fee is the rental you may each month for each box that you have. For each TV you require a separate box.

What is a Cable Box?

A cable box, is what links the Service Providers Connection to your Television. There are 2 types of boxes,
  • a HD Box which is used for new smart TVs and flat-screens (On which you can activate DVR Service as well),
  • a Standard Box, which is used for old Box Televisions.

Why do I have to pay for WIFI Services?

WIFI is a value added service, via which you can connect many devices to your Internet facility, such as, laptops, cellular phones, tablets etc.
